COVID-19 Statement

In this unprecedented and uncertain time our highest priority is to protect the health and safety of our staff and customers and every decision emanates from this objective. We are following the COVID-19 pandemic very closely, including the information from our Governor and the Salt Lake Chamber task force providing information and best practices for small businesses, and taking steps to minimize any disruption to the services we provide our customers.

This is a very stressful time for all of us – and the repercussions of this virus does not discriminate between small and big business. We’re all in this together and we do not take lightly the decision on whether to close our shop. Currently, we are open for business with close attention to best practices to keep our surfaces and equipment clean by frequently sanitizing our frame table, samples, point-of-sale system and doorknobs. And of course, we are constantly washing our hands. We are taking extra measures to ensure that our employees only come to work healthy and require that they stay home if they have symptoms of acute respiratory illness, fever, cold or flu, or traveled to regions where the virus has been active.

The process of custom framing is a small interaction between one customer and one designer. We have two large framing tables that are 6 feet apart allowing us to work with customers with proper social distancing.

We are currently open for business Monday through Friday by APPOINTMENT between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm. These appointments can be made by calling or texting 801-355-1155. Our business will be closed on Saturday until further notice.

For custom framing pick up, we are happy to process payment over the phone prior to coming to the shop. Call or text us and we can meet you at the door or car with your art piece.
